Groups

Where patterns
become more visible
in the presence of others.

Overview

Through conversation, observation, and shared attention, group settings allow opportunities to notice dynamics that can be harder to see alone, often across different experiences and perspectives.

The group itself becomes a setting for inquiry, where questions, reflections, and observations can broaden understanding beyond any one person's experience.

As different viewpoints are brought into the room, attention remains on observing emotional processes and considering how they unfold within families, relationships, and other systems over time.
