Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please cancel in a timely fashion so your appointment can be given to someone else waiting, and so that you can be easily rescheduled in a time that works best for you.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time can be rescheduled without a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the scheduled time are billed at half the session fee.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, no-shows, and missed sessions without notice are billed at the full session fee.
- Cancellation fees are not billed to insurance.
